I offer Senior Executive Coaching, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Recovery Coaching, in Angel and Fitzrovia and globally via Zoom.

I am a highly trained executive coach and psychodynamic psychotherapist with many years experience working in both corporate/organisational and clinical settings.

My approach is unique in that I combine deep experience of these two worlds - the commercial and the clinical/therapeutic - so I understand and can help you manage the sometimes intense pressures of these challenging environments. My extensive training and lengthy and intensive personal therapy enables me to help you think about how your personal perspective or inner world interacts with your context or environment - in both your working life and personal relationships.

I am a full member of the British Psychoanalytic Council (registration 48264) and an accredited Executive Coach with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (registration EIA20217031).
